(ii) The Winner is chosen by a panel of judges from the Organization (Women in Learning) and announced on 10/5/2019 at the Women in Learning luncheon in Vancouver, B.C. The Prize pre-pays the Pavlovian Society’s annual meeting registration for 2020 for the Winner at the graduate student pricing level. The Prize can be upgraded to pre-payment at the post-doctoral pricing level only if the Winner confers her degree between the application submission deadline and the 2020 Pavlovian Society annual meeting. The Prize is nontransferable, it may not be exchanged for cash or any other type of monetary award, and it may not be deferred to a later Pavlovian Society meeting or substituted for another conference. The Prize is a one-time award and may not be split up in any way. The Prize does not cover travel or hotel expenses. The Winner must be present at the 2019 Women in Learning luncheon to accept the Prize. If the Winner chooses not to attend the Pavlovian Society’s annual meeting in 2020, then the Winner forfeits the Prize. The Prize will be paid out at the announcement of the Pavlovian Society’s annual meeting 2020 open registration on or around July 2020, only after email confirmation (prompted by the Organization) that the Winner will be in attendance of the annual meeting.
