St. petersburg mule:

We assume Pavlov drank these instead of Moscow Mules.

  • 2 ounces vodka

  • 1/2 ounce lime juice

  • 4 ounces ginger beer

  • LOTS of ice (crushed is best, but any will do)

Fill a glass or copper mug with ice. Add vodka and lime juice, then top off with ginger beer. Stir and serve! Garnish with blueberries or cucumbers for a cool, Northern twist (or ya know, a neuron).

NEG[RONI] OCCASION SETTING:

You see where we’re going with this…

  • 1  ounce Campari

  • 1 ounce gin

  • 1 ounce sweet red vermouth

Stir all ingredients together in a glass over ice, then garnish with an orange peel.

HAIR OF THE (PAVLOV’S) DOG:

Our Bloody Mary option, for those who live where it’s not quite 5 o’clock.

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka

  • 1/2 cup tomato juice

  • 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice

  • 1-3 dashes Tobasco sauce

  • 4-6 dashes Worcestershire sauce

  • pinch of salt and pepper

  • 1 tsp celery salt

  • Celery stick

  • Lemon wedge

Shake all ingredients together with a scoop of ice, then strain the mixture into a tall glass. Garnish with the celery stick, olive, and lemon or lime wedge. Do our twist and add a slice of bacon instead! Go ahead...you deserve it.

DisINHIBITION:

Because we’d all like to forget our inhibitions and be on a beach somewhere instead of at a conference. Our version of the Piña Colada.

  • 2 ounces light rum

  • 1 1/2 ounces cream of coconut

  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice

  • LOTS of ice

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Pour into a Hurricane glass over crushed or pebble ice. Garnish with banana chips for our take!
